- Received an invitation to lead a workshop on crafting effective Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, cultivating key relationships, and launching an alpha version of a game at Solana Hacker House Bangalore in 2023.

- Was tasked to help design a more efficient onboarding experience to minimise bounce rate and best explain the app and its features
- Studied user-onboarding experiences of Tinder and Dropbox to propose the most ideal onboarding for FrontRow
- Interviewed over 20 users each from 4 cohorts across the music, stand up and singing live courses to identify issues in user onboarding and app interface
- Submitted 9 identified issues, out of which 3 were prioritised by the team.
- Tracked UTMs for user login success using Mixpanel and Clevertap tools. Could identify that there is a major increase in the number of people who launch the app, but don’t login.

seekho.ai || Internship
- Assumed the ownership of 3 channels of acquisition and distribution for Seekho. Increased the cumulative reach of these channels to 10,000+ members.
- Designed the Campus Ambassador Program for Seekho and recruited and managed 40+ Campus Ambassadors to enable college-specific penetration of the Seekho Brand.
- Lead 40+ interns to build and manage 25+ college-specific communities across India, the cumulative strength of which exceeded 8000 students.
- Built 6+ Interest Specific Communities (Consulting, Finance, Product Management, etc.) and managed a pool of 10+ mentors (alums of IITs, IIMs, Stanford, Cambridge, INSEAD) subsequently scaling these communities to a cumulative strength of 500+ students.
- Built Seekho Academy, Seekho's Discord Server. Scaled the server to 500+ members within the first 6 days of its launch. Hosted 25+ original live podcasts and server events to drive engagement.
- Created 50+ pictorial memes and 20+ video memes for Seekho's Insta Account. These Video memes fetched ~65% more reach than regular Seekho posts from other content buckets.

- Operated the no-code tool glideapps to maintain a database of 25+ onboarded mentors and instructors on the FutureX Web App.
- Managed 35+ Communities with a cumulative strength of 7000+ students (peak) and ensured timely communication of FutureX updates by creating text templates and original graphics.
- Edited the recordings of FutureX Masterclasses using the YouTube Studio tool and created FutureX Courses accessible to everyone on the internet on our own Learning Management System built using the no-code tool Thinkific.
- Edited the recordings of FutureX Masterclasses using the YouTube Studio tool and created FutureX Courses accessible to everyone on the internet on our own Learning Management System, thus creating 8+ FutureX courses consisting of short, easily digestible videos clubbed into segments and chapters.
- Strategized the FutureX Startup Fellowship (an invite-only fellowship program for college students and fresh graduates with a proven interest in the startup ecosystem) and Managed Communications with the cohort members.
- Helped design the curriculum for the first cohort of the FutureX Startup Fellowship which saw the participation of students from IITs, Colleges from DU, and working professionals from EY, B&C, etc.

- Lead and managed a team of 20+ interns to strategize content creation and publishing on Safejob's Facebook and LinkedIn Groups. As a result of this strategy, we could scale the closed LinkedIn Group to 500+ members and the Facebook Group to 1200+ members.
- Identified the 5+ most suitable subjects (for the DU population) around which to conduct Safejob webinars thus increasing the participation in them by 280% in addition to a 12% increase in NPS.
- Oversaw communication with 2000+ Safejob users over WhatsApp/Email Channel. Drafted email copies and text copies to be sent and trained 15 interns to execute the delivery of messages from Safejob to a total pool of over 5000 users.
- Designed Safejob's first-ever Campus Ambassador Program. Created a landing page, task allotment & scoring system for the cohort, and took part in 4+ internship fairs to recruit 20+ Campus Ambassadors.
- Built and managed a college-specific community system of 4000+ students from Tier 2/3 colleges across India. This channel of acquisition regularly fetched a conversion rate of ~25% on Safejob Events. Also designed, wrote, and released 4 editions of Safejob's Original Newsletter to this community.
- Built and scaled a telegram network to help job seekers from Tier 2, 3 colleges from across India get access to Industry-standard jobs from domains like Ops, Sales, Logistics, etc. Was able to scale this to 2000+ members.

Chatpod.live || Internship
- Operated the OneSignal Notification App to transmit mobile notifications to registered users. A/B Tested original notification text copies and graphics to increase the open rate of these notifications to ~45%. Later trained 5 members from the team to use the OneSignal App.
- Hosted and moderated over 350+ live audio shows on the chatpod. Topics for these ranged from Stand-Ups, Rap Battles, Music and Karaoke Sessions, Roasts, Storytelling Sessions, Poetry Shows, and a lot of talks on Consulting, Product, UPSC, etc.
- Worked directly under the marketing manager to generate leads through Facebook and Instagram ads. The team started with Rs 15/- per lead cost. By running various A/B Tests - had lowered the cost to 1.5 Rs per lead.
- Carried out extensive user research and interviewed 50+ chatpod users overcall. The goal being to identify use cases for the app. As a result of my user research, the team decided to work on building a rap and hip hop community on chatpod. Rewards and incentives for participation were also decided after taking into consideration the findings of the research.
- Oversaw operations for two mega Chatpod events - Chatpod Career Marathon & Chatpod Entertainment Carnival. Identified and onboarded potential speakers for both events. The collective attendance in both the events was 9000+ students.
- Built and managed 5 interest-specific communities for chatpod. Was able to crack self-sustenance for 3 of these communities. As a result, these 4 communities are still active and functioning.
